Help identify this miniature loco?

    Wasn't sure whether to post this here or in Steam Traction, but a few years ago I saw this heffalump of a 4-8-2 (obviously LNER/RHDR inspired) at Beaulieu Autojumble. The same seller was also trying to offload a knackered bassoon! At a guess, I'd say this was 5" gauge. Didn't have a measuring tape and can't remember in enough detail but it sounds about right. Unfortunately the photo is from my dreadful old Blackberry, and the weather wasn't helping, so the image quality is utterly atrocious. I can't make out what's on the nameplate.[​IMG]

    May be better to pose this question on a model engineering/live steam forum. It looks like a freelance, like Ursa Maximus or Uranus. If it is a 5" gauge loco, it would be extremely heavy and you might expect to see it on a stand.
