I think 1963 photo 4 is Welsh Pony in disguise. It's not Palmerston.

http://little-locos.photos.gb.net/p68437605.html - this picture is No. 10 Merddin Emrys, not No. 12 David Lloyd George (smokebox, colour, cab, all different)
http://little-locos.photos.gb.net/p68437623.html - this picture is also No. 10 Merddin Emrys, not No. 12 David Lloyd George
http://little-locos.photos.gb.net/p68437599.html - this picture is No. 3 Livingston Thompson, not No. 12 David Lloyd George (only Fairlie to get into the NRM)
http://little-locos.photos.gb.net/p68437622.html - as 84international says, and despite the chalked on name, this is No. 5 Welsh Pony, not No. 4 Palmerston (the dome, sandpots, and the shadow of the numberplate on the cabside are the giveaways)
http://little-locos.photos.gb.net/p68437602.html - this picture is of Linda, not Blanche (different tender, and cylinders)
http://little-locos.photos.gb.net/p68437626.html - this picture is also of Linda, not Blanche
