    There is a wonderful little book called 'World Screw Threads'. It's not the sort of book which you buy for bed time reading but it contains all the details needed for manufacturing just about any thread which you might be called on to produce. There are even details for the "German Bottle Thread' if you are ever called on to make a German bottle. One thread which is definitely not in there is the standard GWR screw coupling thread! You should be able to find it on the net,I think mine came from J&L?
