    Philipp, you obviously have a greater knowledge of locomotive engineering than I but I stand by my statement as you have actually defeated your own argument in saying that the LYd's in Saxony were only reliable after refurbishment with new engines! I suggest that you ask the chaps in the W&L loco dept. about Rumanian engineering standards and quality control.
