Sounds right for single shunt at Appleby in morning as understand diesel will be tucked inside Tornado on southbound runs. Tornado will be at head of train northbound with diesel whining away on the rear.

Apart from the support coach the rest are all the same colour blue and grey I think, couldn't tell in the dark.
    Looked quite smart actually!

Why would the diesel need to be on the inside if it's not assisting ? I can understand it being on the inside for the southbound run.

The footex to Burnley on Sunday was a silver 67 (67014) which came off on Sunday evening at Crewe and the stock was half blue and grey and half ex Anglia blue with white stripes, at least they weren't mixed .

All Anglia colours from what I could tell! Have to admit after waiting 40min to see it at Bingley, there was more noise from the previous class 91 service from Kings-X!

Another possibility: Could be 76084 to double head on Sat throughout rather than come on at Heaton Norris - belated realisation that the Jube would struggle on Miles Platting?
