Can someone wrap up 6115 and let me take it home please? I’ll take good care of it honest! What a handsome looking machine.

Double Scots. 46100 heading for Crewe at Bay Horse, 46115 near Clapham on the Little North Western. Unfortunately the wind & smoke defeated me for 60103.

I noticed that stock sat at Carnforth on another video of 46115 departing the loop and wondered why it was sat there so it’s all become clear now Ralph .

I am a steam man at heart but there is something rather stirring about seeing a Deltic at work on the Main Line. Great stuff!

The Riveria stock was always nice to to travel in when it used to make its annual appearance on the coast in the late 1990’s…

Also had several nice experiences with the first class stuff on the Marches, (several times I’ve made my way to Cardiff with exotic motive power on the front with several of my plebby/cranky mates in First as the normals didn’t realise it was declassified)
Things like fine dining didn’t bother us at the time…
