Steam is being raised ready for the weekend.

Website timetable has now been updated to show evening DMU trains and Autin 1 runs. O ly two in the morning then it shuffles around Llangollen until the afternoon. I believe driver for a tenner is due to be available in that gap.

The morning mega train at Bonwm Straight. Quite an impressive sight really.

I was on it :D and while it certainly accelerated well, non-stop it wasn't! (stopped at signals approaching stations/level crossing several times even though it didn't stop in the platforms at those stations). :)

Does anyone know - if I buy tickets for tomorrow online, do I still have to go to the ticket office? Thanks

It never quite works out does it. Slight fault with Carrog token machine first thing so we had to pick up a pilot man. All fixed after the non stop train had gone through.

It surprises me that even in 2024 there still isn't a system for exchanging pilot men on the move

    Slide and a crash mat......

    That Suburban set looks grand!

What's the other vehicle in the short set with the Toad Brakevan?
