Thanks for posting the link to the Llangollen Website with the photos of 2807 finally at Llangollen. Its a very cheering sight even though the weather appears to be doing its best to dampen things down! I am fairly certain that Broomhalla is right as regards the tender. 2807's tender has remained behind at Toddington for some additional work to finish it off, including repainting, prior to the return to Toddington of 2807 later this year. There are indeed very few of these locos currently operational despite several 28xxs and 2884s surviving the torch at Barry. 3822 was certainly a very popular loco at the GWR when it visited from Didcot and the class as a whole (including 2807 itself) were a very common sight on the Honeybourne Line, but I digress.
