Durham Locomotive Preservation groups LMS built brake Van is now in service at the NRM Shildon thanks to our group of hardworking volunteers. It's first steam hauled service will be on the 12th & 13th March 2011 behind Furness No20 at the Model Mania event. Please come along to support the event. There will be Model Railway layouts of various gauges, trade stalls and other model displays. Entry to the event is completely free!

The groups efforts are currently on display within the NRM Shildon (See Below).

Lovely job well done! Have you fitted a vacuum cylinder to it at all? Or is it operating through piped with something else?

It's a swinger and will run between the loco and a fitted van. Will be nice to see it out next weekend.
