    50MPH RUNNING ON SEVERN VALLEY!!

    On November 30, Metropolitan Railway 0-4-4T No. 1 undertook a series of high-speed running tests at up to 50mph on the Severn Valley Railway between Bewdley and Kidderminster as part of the build-up to its appearance in the Met 150 steam specials through the London Underground tunnels in January.
