Why do you have to be so negative LN 850?

I suggest you stop whinging and go some place else where you will be satisfied, anywhere but the MHR.

It is people such as you that give preservationists a bad name.

I do wonder why people post that they are not coming and get fixated on the colour of coaches.

Any pictures will be of the Midhants railway in 2010, so if its green stock that because that's what the mid hants has. To pretend otherwise is IMHO bizarre.

I hope to be there Friday and may even take Chris up on his offer of photing Tornado from the wagon sidings.

Sorry to whinge and be a bit negative. If im honest, i really dont care about the colour of the coaches. The colour of the coaches
will be a change. i just meant it as a bit of an obessive about colour co-ordination.

It should be a great opportunity for the railway to reap in profits and i hope the railway has a great success. But in all fairness, i didnt say that i wont
    be coming.

Plus, i know its a bit late, but is there any departments as could do with some late minute help? My uncle's friend (an ex BR-midland cleaner) and i did think it may be more beneficial.

Is the non availabilty of 34007 due to the scheduled repair work that was being undertaken overunning, or was she returned to traffic recently and then subsequently failed again.

Apart from 60163, which other locos face out of Alresford? Trying to plan Sunday's riding/photting strategy.

I heard about the superb advance tickets sales on the trip on Monday. I hope that there are still some left to buy on the day on Friday and Saturday!

I didn't hear her but someone that lives right next to the railway at the end of my road said she went through Aldershot late at about 2.30am Tuesday morning.

excited about tomorrow now, missing my last maths lesson of day for this gala in the hope that it should just be 'old men' there taking photos because they will appreciate people taking photos and that families wont be there. ( i dont mean to disrespect families there, its just that i dont have many good shots of tornado)

Are the cw tours happening on friday? because i may try and make one to get a photo of 60163 and maybe see whether waggon restoration is for me. 60163, 850 and 92212 to alton in the morning and 60019 and 5224 to alrseford. 30075 usually comes down to alresford after the first service from alresford has got to ropley.

Is there any chance that sunday will be quiet as well?

Marriage is a wonderful institution but you would not want to live in on.
