    Fit diesel auxillary power units under the floor of a mk1, to provide the Electric heating for rail tours and then charge extra for the seats in the carriage as 'the blue Pullman experience'.

    Was the design of the kitchen and parlour cars unique to the Blue Pullman, or were they similar to other stock?
