    The Jenny Linds were the finest loco of their day. Built in Leeds, too! And just look at the different liveries that you could paint them in......... This could keep this topic running for years.

    A 'Jenny' would indeed fill a black hole in Railway Heritage as would any Single. My preference would be for a Stroudley G Class, modded to late Billington/Marsh style. Paint it Sage Green and give it the name Ventnor and a suitable Island number. Now wouldnt that look great hauling the four wheelers out of Havenstreet.

    As for 10000 likewise she will fill a void too. Again personal preference would be for a Bullied/Raworth loco to compare with the Brighton Atlantic.
