My Daughter spent a few days in York recently and attended a performance of the "Railway Children" .

Just to say how much she enjoyed this, and how well it was staged.

Real live steam apparently for the "stopping the train infront of the landslide" scene!

Edit: All performances now sold out.

Went myself when i was in York a few weeks back. All I can say is Wow; I have never seen such clever use of space, lights and props. It was defiantly worth going to and would recommend it to any one.

P.s I think its there Stirling 'Single' that is pushed in and out, althought not 100%
