NVR - A Weekend on The Continent - 24th -26th May

    Yes I am an active volunteer
    The Nene Valley Railway will be embracing its Continental Connection over the Whitsun Bank Holiday Weekend (24th-26th May)

    In operation will be:
    USATC S160 6046, which spent her working life in Hungary.
    Swedish Railcar 1212
    Norweigen Teak Balcony Car
    1st Class Belgian Carriages
    Suburban Belgian Carriage (Complete with bullet holes in the roof from being strafed in WWII!)
    Danish Carriages.

    A number of other Continental railway items will be on display and the new five inch gauge miniature railway at Ferry Meadows Station will be open.
