The GWR had a power station at Park Royal: according to GWGW the N12 loco dept coal hoppers were used for that traffic. But is it possible those gauges were sold on by the GWR? It occurs to me that increasing boiler pressures in the Churchward era might have made earlier indicator gauges obsolescent, and the date of the cards seems to match that era.
