    Railway preservation is a broad church. It attracts all sorts, from the skilled diplomat who can get everyone pulling in the same direction to the blunt spoken types who just do the job but fall out with people at times, to the troublemakers with nothing useful to do. But that's true of nearly all walks of life, including my place of work!

    I hope that you enjoy the forum; it is a great clearing house of information and views.
