Quick query, hoping someone can point me in the direction of what happened to the locos on display at Oswestry Antiques centre.

Particularly an 040 Andrew Barclay shunter and an 060 sentinel shunter. I believe the latter passed to Harry needle but can find no record of it.

    Help?

The three locos I'm trying to track down.

Sentinel 103 works number 10157 of 1963 - last known location Oswestry.
Hunslet 503 works number 6614 of 1965 - last location Motorail uk Stratford
Barclay - works number 478 of 1963 - last location McLaren Antiques Oswestry.

Never saw the Sentienl, but I have just found my photo of the Barclay at Oswestry in 2003 - I believe it went for scrap via Les Oakes in Staffordshire a few years ago.
The Hunslet was owned by Phil Daw and sold to Harry by him, the Industrial Railway Society still list it as owned by HNRC at Long Marston. Was a nice machine.

Does a search on www.uklocos.com help with the Sentianl?

Thank you, great pity with the Barclay it was a significant machine so shane to hear it has gone.
The Sentinel doesn't appear in the database and was last believed to be in Oswestry in 2004. It had been purchased by Harry Needle and thats the last heard of it.

    Thank you.
