    Another excellent Plandampf. Weather could have been better but the sun shone at times on all three days so you would have been very unlucky not to have got some shots in sun.
    Most trains ran as planned although a problem with the 44.2 on the Friday meant a couple of the pax workings ran late and on the Saturday it could only run with a pilot coupled on the front so some rejigging of the timetable was required and resulted in the loss of a couple of workings.
    The 03 on Saturday's run from Weimar to Meiningen and back via the Werratal was a real bonus. Lots of pics to sort through and will upload some when the task is done.

    I echo Spamcan's sentiments - another great 3 days of time warp recalling the days of real steam on monster freights. The 44s are just supreme masters of their task. 28 GBs of Vids and pics to sort..... links will follow when time found to process.
