    Pontypridd Station closes today as part of a major investment scheme to extend 42 platforms across Wales.

    Between today and Saturday September 1 trains will start and terminate at Taff's Well and a replacement bus service will operate to and from Taff's Well, Pontypridd, Aberdare, Merthyr Tydfil and Treherbert calling at all stations between these stops.
