I was talking to an old chap today and he said there use to be an extensive narrow gauge railway between Dalton in Furness and Askam in Furness he said it was used to feed the existing brickworks at Askam with materials from the nearby quarries at Green haume and he remembers the track being about 15inch width and he thinks they had several ruston locos does any one have any information
