Haha, Leeds was on the outward and Crimple Viaduct and Cattal were on the return ;)

I don't think i'd be able to manage Leeds to Crimple with the current traffic issues in getting out of Leeds #-o

Well with the server issues it would seem my posts from Week 3 & 4 have disappeared and I really am not typing out what i'd wrote before so all the videos from Week 1 to Week 4 are all complete and can be found on either the July or August web index's.

Week 5 with 45231 again and Halton near Leeds this morning and White House Farm Crossing this evening, before anyone on here suggests anything, the shot this evening was taken from the correct side of the fence but because I didn't pan out fully it doesn't show the fence, just thought I would clear that up before anyone starts accusing.

I quite enjoyed today's two shots...

I don't know Ralph, since the new layout to the forum all the text size's have increased... All the codes are exactly the same as those posted on other forums all of which work correctly. I will change them, just when I get chance.

Well another day with 45231, this morning saw her entering Bramhope tunnel and i'm not kidding it wasn't half a sight! She sounded awesome, the best i've heard from her so far on the SSE... Then this evening saw Church Fenton but the light had dipped behind the trees.

It was a mixture of influences really, partly Iain's footage & from the conversation with you Ralph the other week, although I think I need to work on it a bit more, it doesn't seem right when watching the video back.

I haven't used the second camera this morning, may give it a whirl this evening if I can get out for this dam place... Stupid Leeds festival...

Must admit Simon I must have half a dozen attempts before I got what I considered the right sort of footage that would fit together, and I'm still not sure if I'm getting it right..

Its a definite skill, Iain H has had a lot of practice at it. Through watching Iain at work you can see how a whole scene and not just one shot can be captured really effectivley making for more interesting film. Its been really good to watch your camera style evolve and improve over the last few months. Some really professional shots that are a pleasure to watch, keep up the good work.

Not a bad chime, but we'll hear the "real" thing on Friday. [IMG]

Another lovely day with Cromwell yesterday and some superb slipping as she emerged from the tunnel at Headingley last night :)

And David, I've been asked to go next Wednesday too so may see you around.

If you see a 30 year old man with a shaved head holding a Pentax K10 digi camera with a lovely blond lady in tow that should be me and the missus. What's the general s.p. with the train at York? i.e. what platform does it usualy arrive/depart from so I can plan where to get some photos before jumping on the train.

    Cheers
