Yes, I believe thats how it should be treated. I'll repost the info here too for others (I was just being lazy before!)

    ROVER TICKET VALIDITY:
    Validity of Day Rovers:
Fri: From the first train Friday until (and including) the 2346 ex-Bridgnorth and 2300 ex-Kidderminster.
    Sat: From Friday’s 2252 ex-B’north and 2300 ex- Kidder until (and including) 2346 ex-B’north and 2300 ex-Kidder.
Sun: From Saturday’s 2252 ex-Bridgnorth and 2300 ex- Kidderminster until the end of Sunday’s service.

    Validity of 2-Day Rovers:
Fri+Sat: From the first train Friday until (and including) Saturday’s 2346 ex-Bridgnorth and 2300 ex-Kidder.
    Sat+Sun: From Friday’s 2252 ex-Bridgnorth and 2300 ex-Kidderminster until the end of Sunday’s service.
Fri+Sun: same as a Friday plus a Sunday Day Rover

    Validity of 3-day Rovers:
All trains Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

(Info taken form SVR Online). EDIT - Thanks for the additional info above too.

Regarding parking, Kidderminster has the largest car park (including the NR one next door), so I would probably suggest there out of all stations. Bewdley seems to fill up quickly, and have been turned away in the past when I have tried to park there. Arley car park isn't open to passengers as far as i'm aware. Highley has an overflow car park, but its run by the council and the gate will shut at either 6 or 7pm, so you'll be in for the night. Hampton Loade has room for approx 20 cars, and some parking outside - again, fills up quickly, and people camp the night too. Bridgnorth is tight, especially during the day, and I typically end up parking under the bypass bridge on the B4555 (thats if the field isn't open) - you'd have to get there early to guarantee a spot here i'd say.

Personally though, given the choice i'd say Kidderminster is your best bet.

Just got home from a day on 7827 on SDR to find SVR have updated their ASG info. Already know 1501 is spare loco, but now on the list of locos working there is no mention of 34053.
    Is this an error?

Amazing to think how much times change, of the locos in the pictures only one (43106) is in working order on the railway and the other other two that are in working order are now based elsewhere these days.

How very true! Never mind how much the facilities & infrastructure have evolved as well.............................................................. out of the loco's pictured I did have a rather good day out with 4930. 43106 & 80079 on the mainline - Welsh Marches Pullman earlier that year 43106 & 80079 double headed :) , or it could have been '84 (memory and notes have disappeared!!) there was also a Jinty 46521 in BR green, 7812 and 5164 running that day.............................................

It may be an error or it could be a hedge. Acording to WTT, I am Trafic dept so get a copy, 34053 has booked workings on all 3 dates. The only issue is that SKP is currently on washout with a RTS on Friday. (all on the website under latest news - engines in use w/e 20 Sept)

What, no conifers? They are so large now. Hampton hasn't changed much, if it wasn't for the loco, you won't know the difference from that shot.

Nope, they stay on the same sets on Friday and Saturday, with a reshuffle of sets on Sunday.
The 2 locos I'm after are 925 and met 1, which will be Sunday's job.
Hopefully the weather will play ball this year unlike last year, the Sunday was particularly grim.

My Brother reported seeing CHELTENHAM being transported north on the A34 at Newbury about 13.25 hrs. this afternoon.

Yes, pictures I've seen elsewhere (Facebook) show it arrived safely at Kidderminster (I was too lazy today to go and have a look).

The webpage has been amended to include 34053, so all is well.

Love the shots from Duty Druid - before I was even born! Great to see the likes of 3205, 80079 and 600 on shed! Hopefully one day we'll be seeing them again.

4936 passed me at Smethwick this morning, bang to time (if not early) at 11:20. It was pathed in front of a delayed stopper I believe.

Thanks for the info Kje7812, its a shame that 4936 and 46233 will be on the same sets thru Friday and Saturday, as it would have been nice to have seen them both on a maroon set at some point to complete the 50's/60's West Midlands feel. I guess Sunday may provide this, but the 24 hour Saturday is always the highlight for me.

Each to their own I guess, but neither of them fit on the SVR in terms of having a coaching set for them to pull, or location.

Also, is Sutherland facing South as its booked for a charter the week after?;)

You could always have pre-ordered the WTT. I did and have worked out some of the trains I wish to travel on already.

    Ta muchly :)

Though I'm surprised the negs have survived having been stuck in my shed for a long time!!

Still the draw for me will be SKP and the the green Duchess, as I've yet to see SKP and haven't yet seen the Duchess in green! :D

Might just be down to the crews, but whenever I've seen it, SKP has been surprisingly sure footed compared to most Bulleids.

I get my WTT on the day on Friday, so prob spend the first 30 mins studying it and planning moves before heading off up the line.

Any idea what's doing the overnights this year ?, no 46443 anymore sadly, was ideal for the purpose.

It is my humble opinion thar it is the crews who have got a handle on how to control a spam can, original or rebuold.

More that they are visitors and are reasonable rare. I'll be behind the duchess on Saturday but will occupied with checking that you lot all have tickets :p.
Don't know, I was under the impression it was leaving almost straight away.
