We are definitely running The Shakespeare Express this Sunday 4th September. 4965 “Rood Ashton Hall” is going to be our engine of choice for the day.

Our train B (12:32 departure from Stratford) will run back up the North Warwick line through Henley instead of the mainline through Solihul.

All the other trains are as scheduled.

    Hope to see you Sunday!

Amazing! Well, that is one way to describe the performance put on by Tyseley's immaculate 'Hall' class 4-6-0 No:4965 'Rood Ashton Hall' this afternoon in great lighting conditions. Today we traveled to a new location for us, one of the foot crossings beyond Bearley Junction and didn't fail to be impressed!
Personally, I felt I came away with a new favorite photo:
20110904_152013.jpg See this photo full size and the rest of the photos by following the links below. I am especially pleased with the photo considering that it is in fact a screen grab from my HD video, taken with my Panasonic camcorder. Anyway, enough of my superlatives to attempt to describe this afternoon, I think that it is time I let the photos and video do the 'talking'! However, as always any feedback, either positive or negative, on these photos and videos or anything else Totally-transport.co.uk is most welcome via the usual channels - replying to this thread, commenting via Youtube or Picasa, sending a PM or dropping us a line at feedback@totally-transport.co.uk . Hope you enjoy the photos and videos as much as I enjoyed the experience - a very professional and slick operation, thanks to all those who make the trains run. It is most appreciated.
