While at the Bodmin & Wenford Gala today, I heard there'd been a derailment on the South Devon Railway yesterday.
I think it was the trailing bogie of the last coach on a crossing. Apparently services have been cancelled until the RAIB attend. Anone else heard anything??

I happenned to be on the train at the time of the derailment with my wife and children and we were very surprised when told that we had come away from the tracks as we reallt did not notice. The station master dealt with the incident very well by organising taxi's back to the station almost immediately. Do you have any news on it now?

Been very quiet, not heard a thing. Obviously only a 'minor' incident
