Only one of the four actually has a station dwell time, the others just show a one minute pathing allowance, or 5 minutes for the one the other way round. Of course what happens on the day, especially the last one in rush hour, is anyone's guess, and could be impacted by a points, track circuit failure or PHBT miles away earlier in the day totally screwing the schedules.
Last SWR train I took from Southampton to Wareham was running late due to "an incident at Guildford earlier in the day"

Used on Newcastle to Poole and York to Poole trains and the loco off the latter was often used on the Sunday's 08:55 up to Waterloo and the 20:30 back. It remains shrouded in mystery from reports I have read as to if the LMR were aware of this.

    Andrew,

Many thanks. I've now found the route on GOOGLE maps. That whole area must be an interesting one for the signalmen/women!

RTT doesn't seem to have the Saturday runs yet, but if there is a good chance of 34046 running that day I may well go to Clapham Junction for it.

No not yet, the Statesman Mk2s were used on the InterCity tour to Bleaneau earlier this week, presumably because Mk3s aren't allowed on the Conwy Valley.

Not sure they aren't - I've seen HSTs at Blaenau in the past, and an ATW 67+Mk3+DVT set went there in 2013 - pictures of both at http://www.penmorfa.com/Conwy/six.htm

The paperwork wouldn't be up to date, so they would probably need to be 'regauged' I imagine

A classic railtour as per the details on Six Belle's. Who would want to orgainse these things?

This trip was originally booked to be hauled by first 70000 and 70013. This was later changed to 44932 and 45305 due to both Brits being unavailable. Due to 45305 failing on the Sunday, 35028 was used instead. The late start away from Victoria was due to 35028 not arriving until 10.44, the booked departure time.

It was also a rare moment at Victoria where a light engine backed down onto a train. Last seen regularly when the Golden Arrow was steam.

Good to see Nunney Castle allocated for a SteamDreams trip in June 2025. Diesel hauled to Taunton, Nunney Castle to Kingswear.
I don't believe there is a 2025 SteamDreams thread yet?
