Just learnt the Countryfile episode has been postponed in favour of coverage of the floods.

Although the main infrastructure projects were completed on time for the half-term reopening on the SVR, a problem has arisen at the historic "Sterns" slip site due to the wet conditions over recent weeks. A section of the P-Way has moved--or rather the ground under the track has moved, on what is thought to be a slip-plane, and needs drainage work and repacking. Services for the present should continue, subject to a 5 mph restriction. Site being monitored.
