Any update on whether 7714 will be working, and if a WTT will be available? Thanks.

Would be very surprised if 7714 makes it. AFAIK it is yet to move under its own steam.
The public timetable shows loco allocations and indications of the type of working. as for a full wtt, SVR live is probably your best bet.

As at yesterday morning, a WTT was due to be published this lunchtime.

Unless I receive instructions to the contrary I will put it on SVRLive

There may be one NR issue which might complicate the LE move and thats the Bromsgrove blockade. There are plenty of diverted Cross country services so it may be an issue fitting in a path.

Now confirmed 7714 will not be finished in time. "Unfortunately, we regret to announce that despite our best endeavours, Pannier Tank No. 7714 will not make a return to service at our forthcoming Season Finale Gala from November 4th - 6th. The locomotive still requires the completion of some smokebox fittings and pipework. As it will be receiving final touches, No. 7714 will not be viewable during the Gala."

Just a quick note to anyone attending this gala if you are planning on driving to Bewdley, there are Road works between the town and the station, so allow yourself an extra few minutes.

No problem. If you follow the link in Robin's post from a couple of days ago, then scroll down, you'll find the full list.

There's also a link to download a copy of the wtt on there now, for those that are interested

It seems Hampton is out of action and Bridgnorth-Highley is pilotman working.

Given how short a period of time they have had to react to this, the timetable is very impressive. If it works to plan, tomorrow should still be a very good day.

I was just about to make a similar comment. Of course it's a shame for people at the Bridgnorth end, though it can't be helped. But at the southern end of the line, that's a really rather attractive timetable -- enough so in fact that were I free tomorrow, I'd be seriously thinking about going! Well done to those who came up with the revised details at such short notice.
