Yes I am an active volunteer
I'm not 100% convinced. No doubt in due course I'll have egg on my face, but if that is the H class roof, I'm wondering what has happened to the cab roof ventilator, which given the extent of the photo, should be in shot somewhere?

http://www.bluebell-railway.co.uk/bluebell/loco_news/10/263_cabroof_derekh_24jan10.jpg for a photo of the roof.

No I do not currently volunteer
Seem to hint at more potential Bluebell rolling stock as well.

I've always wondered why nobody's yet done the SECR P class. Only 8 built but plenty of service liveries to choose from and would be ideal for a starter train set.

And for the preserved locos you can have extra liveries , 178 can give you the Pioneer II livery, 753 can give you Pride of Sussex livery, 27 can give you the black livery it carried after arriving on the Bluebell and 323 can give 5 liveries by itself including 2 in black (it carried 2 different ones in 1960 between arriving and the first day the Bluebell opened) and 3 in blue.

  8. Have a look on the Hornby Engine Shed forum, someone has already narrowed a few ideas down.

By the way, sorry to be a pedant, but Hornby is a single company. If you want to use the plural, you have to refer to the people working there - so it's either 'Hornby has' or 'The 500 employees of Hornby have.' ;)

Nice to see Hornby releasing some of their old favourites such as the Q1. It must be about 6 years. Still catching up with some of the more recently released models, though, and have yet to acquire an S15.
