The Express - Mystery Children's Railway Book?

    Something I bought recently was this book, it is a children's book which is called 'The Express'. A lot of the book is railway related with a mixture of informative pages and poems. The illustrations are wonderful and this is why it caught my eye. There is a sketch of a W1 on the first page and an LMS locomotive (with Green Arrow's 4771 number?) on the front cover. However there is no indication to when it was published, who wrote it or who did the illustrations?
