Re: Any Interest in THE LAKELANDER?

Had a look at your pic of Ravenglass viaduct, looks like you were stood just down from me. Very nice, both shots.

5690 aint ready yet, both 46115 and 44932 were being coaled at 5pm friday(see short video) , no sign of 5690, however 5972 was beside them.
44932 looks well with British Railways lion and wheel decal on the tender and the red and white lining.

44932's front coupling rod bearings have run hot apparently. Arrived Ravenglass on time, a good run.

I hope everything will be fixed soon. My thoughts with WCR and the crews.

47 following unit to Sellafield, hopefully north at Ravenglass by 1630. Will then follow a unit off Sellafield at about 1700, could be 45 down off Ravenglass. 44932 will have to wait til Monday.

Charter left at 1729, 44932 and 99312 went through Ravenglass at 1740 or so, unexpected. 47580 sounding far more interesting than the steamer.

This Saturday's train is full. I presume we'll have 48151, as 5690 is off to Scarborough at the end of the week. Old faithful. :)
