    The booked stop at Cosford was cut and 5690 stormed through Shiffnal 15 - 20 mins early. However, she was about 20 late crossing Dutton Viaduct, just before Weaver Junction. I'm wondering where the time went. Did she stop between Telford and Crewe and/or was the Crewe stop delayed?

    We were held just outside Shrewsbury for a fair while. Not for 40 mins though by any account...
