Just checked on the A1SLT website and its Twitter feed - yes, it is a repeat.

If this is its first network showing it might well be in HD on BBC4, for those to whom such things matter ;)

I thought it had a network transmission the next day but BBC North PR says it's its first nationwide TX.

just to add a bit of fuel to the fire --- I had a book on the work of Stanier, which gives an account of 6220 hitting over 110 with more than 600 tons on the hook on the way down from Shap summit
the sketchy details were from a guards log ,but apparently the engine speedo showed quite a bit over that .the date I believe was 1942

O.S.Nock detailed a run with 46255 in about 1959-60 when he was on the footplate, again with a big load = around 500 tons .he gave the speed as 105 , with the usual caveat that he had permission to publish the speed with no recriminations to the crew. whether the true speed was more than that is any ones guess, but she was maintaining full BP on the way up , with full regulator and full forward gear . !!!.

and here she is Gawd bless 'er - one of my favourites 2974595301_86676e5377_o.jpg

Fraid not. . Doubt whether there is much difference between the two designs in anycase but IIRC side load on Bogie springs was looked at as a result of lively riding. Tornado has a different cartazzi slide geometry to the original Pep. A1's - its closer to that of the A4 - perhaps that's where your wires have crossed.
