According to the latest Heritage Railway Magazine it will be 70000. It is also due to haul the 12/7 ( although they state 22/7!) 26/7, 2/8, 23/8 and 13/9. It will not be hauling the 20/9 since it has prior booking. although not stated, I believe this is the SVR Autumn Gala.

Sounds like the A1 and A4 won't have any turns on the TB despite.

Looks like load 10, 9+POB from the letter with the tickets. Should hopefully see some decent bank climbing.

Lets hope the Brit has passed its FTR exam!

The Met Office weather pages for Dawlish Warren and Teignmouth show bright sunshine after 5 pm.

Last year the POB doubled as the brake, as it did on May 30th CFE. Be good if they do take the brake/staff coach as well.

Realtime always shows any steam charter as a diesel for some reason, will be Britannia tomorrow unless anything goes wrong, think positive! ;)

As has been said here many times RTT always shows steam as diesel. I reckon I would have heard if there were to be problems - have faith..

I managed to see Britannia this morning on the outskirts of Bristol. It looked and sounded superb as usual.

It was hauling a rake of nine chocolate and cream Mk.1s plus the blood and custard support coach.

    What a wonderful sight. :) <BJ>
