    Thanks Garry, hopefully this issue will be reviewed in time, the region does have a fasinating and rich history, especially from a railway historian prospective. Indeed, I first visited the region in the 1960`s when DMU`s ruled the roost, unfortunately I missed the North Tyneside Articulated units by a few years, although we did catch up with some of them on the Southern Region which were converted into De-Icing cars.
