    Shouldn't that be under MAN?
To quote the Paxman History pages....
"Despite a healthy order book for the VP185 (or perhaps because of it !), MAN transferred manufacture of this world-beating Paxman engine from Colchester to the Mirrlees factory at Stockport in 2003. The last production (i.e. new) VP185 engine to be built at Colchester, before the transfer, was despatched from the Works on Monday 15th September 2003 to a railway customer. At the time that was thought to be the end of the Company's proud 138 year history of manufacturing at Colchester. However, MAN had under-estimated the skills and experience needed to build this advanced high-speed engine and, indeed, to machine the required components. The problems which ensued, and the heavy financial losses which were incurred, led to a decision to stop offering the engine to the market. This did not dampen strong customer demand for the engine so VP185 engine building recommenced at Paxman's Colchester Works in the summer of 2005"
