That's the "Moderator Team Conference Centre" to use its proper title.

Apparently this is running with 70000 Britannia; which I don't believe is WCRC operated.

70000 is routinely operated by both WCRC and DBS.

the only thing to do is to wait and see if its West coast , then it will be their stock and engines, if not then it will be DBS crew, , i did read somewhere that the diesel legs may be operated by GBRf , if thats so, then what is likily to turn up, would it be too much to hope that something large and 2 tone green ? whilst the steam side of it may be reduced , it may be an opertunity for some of the preserved mainline registered Diesels, How about a Deltic, Western, and twin 20's getting involved ?

I would not expect RTC to go to any extremes with diesels, that would involve more positioning moves and more hire charges. More expense is the last thing they need at the moment. They are after all trying to run a 'for profit' business.

55022 is in Scotland and has been used with the royal Scotsman the last week or so.

Probably been mentioned before, but latest edition of SR sugggest that WCRC are using First Class Partnerships for assistance. Presumably expensive, whilst we've been here before with 60103. Wonder if this has had any bearing on more recent events? Time (and sightings of 46115 on a leg of GBVIII) will tell.

Who is FCP? Read about the business acting as consultant to NRM but don't know their background at all

As I recall from reading the article in SR, the involvement of FCP is speculation by the magazine that had no confirmed factual basis: David Smith didn't mention them in what he said and FCP didn't give a comment either.

It might be true, but equally it might not.

If that's correct watch out for Martin Walkers Deltic, it's in Scotland and it's on hire to GBRf.

PS. sorry, I've read a bit more of the thread and i see I'm a bit late with my info.
