The only RSH reported recently has been 7289, but that’s an 0-6-0. It’s been there for a very long time.

I believe the one you're thinking of is Hawthorn Leslie 2918 "Achilles", formerly "Pony". It does have an RSH look about it from a distance.

Hawthorn Leslie was absorbed into RSH (Robert Stephenson & Hawthorn) and the same HL design was continued into RSH production - hence the same "look".

For Sale isn't it? As a runner it would be ideal for a revived Elsecar Railway

Thank you for this, it could well explain why my RSH research has drawn a blank!
If indeed it is for sale, any idea whose it is?

If that's the one that moved there recently, I think it's been sold already. Could be worth shooting Chatham a message to ask just in case?
