There's an 04 at Wymondham, I think. Could that be it? Shame cos I like Gav106's suggestion.

Well, the rumours on the class 4? I think are true as it is from quite high, he also has 1/2 a mile of track apparently. But getting to melt will be alot harder than say Norwich or Reepham station

Doesn't the 04 have one engine or doesn't run or something but is from yarmouth docks?

Edit: looks like its my dad in the photo (blue O/A). He says he has spent the week moving them all. Trust me to pick that week to go on holiday.

haha i would settle for any where as long as its a train journey. somewhere is better than nowhere. looks like my trip to norfolk will have to be next year now. i want to go to the mnr, nnr, your place, bressingham, mangapps (a little further but compared to where i am now its close) and of course your place. Is there any other places of interest? ii know of the bure valley and the wells next to the sea narrow guage

    Second edit it wasnt him.

Well, there is east anglia train museum. Where the band blur first played.
Shame but think of it as this, the longer you wait the more there is to see and track down.

The braken van and open wagon are now at whitwell.

Thanks for the link. There must be a lovely pioneering spirit over at Whitwell. You folks are doing a great job and you haven't forgotten that heritage railway preservation can be serious fun! I must get over and visit!

Thanks very much. We will be getting connected to the national grid next month so everything will grow faster.

Day, a Ruston diesel was delivered. I heard from swanage (but I dont think so), it has run since 1992. So if you know the info and where it came from before I go back to whitwell on sunday, that would be great thanks.

Have you got any photos? Swanage does/did have a Ruston shunter named Swanworth that I heard was surplus to requirements, last ran early 2000s.
