Actually having closely reviewed the photo it is not over exposed, well not very much, next time i will just leave the lens cap on instead!

My father has now also had a look and he's been a photographer for 48 years,he believes its not a bad effort for someone still "Learning the trade" so to speak!

    Hi everyone,
Glad to hear you are all enjoying the gala.

A couple of extra loco diagrams for you -

Saturday 28th. 34046 will double head with 4936 on the 1405 ex MD and return with the same loco on the 1555 ex BL. 4936 will pilot from MD and 34046 will pilot on the return to MD chimney first.

Sunday 29th. My fault this one. I diagrammed 34028 to finish at MD on Saturday and start from BL Sunday morning - D'oh!
34028 will pilot 45231 on the 0915 ex MD. 34028 will be chimney first.

For news on 6100 visit Steven Edge's site.

    cheers,
Keith for WSR Special Events Planning Team.

Passenger figures numbered 2,900+ at the gala last weekend.
Last years total for the complete gala was 5,900. <BJ>

Thanks for the updates on the rosters Keith. I had been trying to work out how 34028 got from Minehead to BL overnight on Saturday.

    Regards,

    Paul

The weather forecast for the weekend seems to be a bit gruesome http://news.bbc.co.uk/weather/. Still never mind I'm off down the M4 heading for Somerset tomorrow morning!

As viewed from the Minehead webcam, 6100 Royal Scot has moved from the shed area and is about to couple up to it's first WSR passenger train. <BJ>

Could anyone tell me the first Bullied departures from BL or MD, Sat 28 , Sun 29, preferably single headed ? Of course I'll get a working timetable once there but the info might help my travel plans. ( rough week in work you understand and listening to that wonderful 3 cylinder chatter should help fix me I think.)
