Does anyone know of any Turbot wagons that might be available for sale? Looking for at least one, possibly more. Must be vac fitted.

    Thanks

    According to Preserved Rail Stocklist.
50+ are owned by a firm called Transplant.
These may have been converted for London Underground use and may now be Air braked.

Approx 10 were at Corus Steel Aldwarke near Rotherham

With some others at various preserved railways.

No idea as to current locations or status.

Possibility of two lurking at Lydney Junction on the DFR but can't confirm at present time.

I've seen pictures of them. Interested if they turn out to be available, even the one with the railings added and no floor
